How to prepare for moving your office?
To prepare you need to do 6 simple steps.
Step 1: extract and sort the contents of the furniture - throw away all unnecessary, and what's left, sort by type - documents, stationery, personal items. Keep the key to the locker in the lock.
Step 2: Put the things in a box, that we carefully prepared for you. When you stack things, pay attention to the fact that you first need to put documents, magazines, books, and then stationery and personal items.
Step 3: Sign the box, so that it is delivered to you as soon as possible:
- the floor where your room is located in the new office
- your office number in the new office
- the name of your department
- Your full name
Important! The information should be indicated in the table on the top cover of the box.
Step 4: Turn off the computer and put on your desktop all the wires and devices connected to your computer.
Step 5: put on your desktop a box with things, the system unit can be left on the floor. Make sure that all wires and devices are on your desk and stick a sticker on the table, which contains the following information:
- the floor where your room is located in the new office
- your office number in the new office
- the name of your department
- Your full name
Step 6: Provide your furniture plan in the new office to our specialist, and the entire installation process will be performed clearly and quickly. This will save you time to move. If you did not manage to prepare a plan for arranging furniture in the new office, our specialists will place the furniture in the places indicated by you. Arrangement in places is carried out no more than once, unless other conditions are agreed with you in addition.
PLEASE NOTE: the absence of a furniture plan in the new office increases the time of work, and your relocation may be delayed. Additional time of work may affect the increase in the cost of moving.
